A short film in the Minato city, reconstructing vague and vivid memories of my own childhood, after pregnancy and childbirth.
妊娠・出産を経て思い出す、自分の幼い頃のあやふやで鮮明な記憶を再構築した、港区を巡るショートフィルム
After the giving birth and during raising baby, I often remember when I, myself was child. "Agh, once someone touched me like this." "I grabbed something like my baby long time ago."It's like doing over. It's like that I retry what I could not do before.
As if to trace back the thoughts that never came true, the regrets of childhood, and events that did not make sense when I was a child, the film was shot in the place where I was born, raised and familiar with, as my first video work after giving birth.
The place is Minato city. Especially Takanawa area where is said "TERA MACHI", temple (TERA) town. Nostalgic place. If you turn the corner, you may get lost in another world beyond time and space. I love this area. Even tough I have moved away, I am still reminded of it from time to time.

出産後、赤子とふれあうふとした瞬間に、自分自身が幼かった時のことを思い出す。「あぁ、昔、私もこういう風に触れられたな」「私もあの時こうやってものをつかんだな」
まるでなにか足りなかった出来事を補っているかのようだ。あたかも自分が赤子の時にやり残したことに向き合っているかのようだ。
叶わなかった想いや、幼さゆえにしてしまった後悔、当時は意味がわからなかった出来事などをたどるかのように、出産後の初の映像作品として、生まれ育ち、慣れ親しんだ地で撮影を行った。
私は東京・港区で生まれ育った。寺町と言われる高輪というエリアだ。クリスマスよりお正月が似合うエリア。どこか懐かしさが漂うエリア。角を曲がれば時空をこえた異世界に迷い込めそうなこの場所が、私は大好きで、それは引っ越した今でも時折強く思い起こされる。
このたびMINATOシティプロモーションクルー認定事業の認定をいただきまして、本映像で港区の魅力発信をしております。
私の記憶をめぐる港区。港区高輪エリア。駅は、都営浅草線泉岳寺駅、高輪台駅、JR線高輪ゲートウェイ駅、南北線白金高輪駅付近です。映像のあとはぜひふらりと足を運んでみていただきたい。
